Returns & Exchanges

1) Returns Policy

 

You may return items within 30 days of purchase if they are faulty, not as described, or do not perform their function. To qualify for a return, items must be in unused and original condition, complete with all packaging and tags. Please note that returns will not be accepted if items have been damaged or altered by the customer.

Please be aware that when a product is returned, the original postage fee paid at the time of purchase is not refundable.

2) Process for Returns and Exchanges

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

​

  • In-Person: Bring the item along with proof of purchase to our studio in Brisbane city.

  • Via Post: Contact us to notify of the return and to arrange for the item to be sent back. Items should be securely packaged and sent back to us , with the original receipt and packaging. We recommend using registered post as we are not liable for packages lost in transit. You will be responsible for covering the postage fee for the return. It's important to note that the original postage fee is non-refundable, and the cost of return postage will not be included in the refund or exchange.

​Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per the outlined terms.

3) Change of Mind

 

Please note that we do not accept returns and no refunds if you have changed your mind. We encourage our customers to select their products carefully to ensure they meet their needs before making a purchase.

4) Consumer Guarantees

​

Our commitment to quality ensures that all of our products come with the consumer guarantees as stipulated by the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees mean that our products are assured to be of acceptable quality, corresponding to the description provided and fit for their intended purpose.

Should you find that any product you've purchased from us does not meet these guarantees, we're ready to offer the appropriate remedies as follows:

If we consider that the product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, such as being unsafe, significantly different from the description, or not fit for the intended purpose, you can return the product and opt for either a refund or an exchange, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If we consider that the product has a minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law, such as damaged packaging that does not affect the product's safety or use, we will provide at our discretion either a refund or an exchange.

Please note that if a product is damaged due to misuse, accident, or abnormal use, the protections under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply. In such scenarios, we reserve the right not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable).

A proof of purchase will be required for us to process any remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

​

The consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law are in addition to, and not limited by, any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties you may have purchased or received with the product.
